How to change or reset your Kronos AI password

Forgot your password, or just want to set a new one? Here's the quickest way to do it.

TL;DR

  1. Go to the login page and click Forgot your password?
  2. Enter your email. Kronos sends you a 6-digit verification code.
  3. Not in your inbox? Check Spam or All Mail.
  4. Enter the code and your new password. Done — you're signed in.

Signed up with Google or Facebook?

If you created your account with "Continue with Google" or "Continue with Facebook", you don't have a Kronos password to reset. Just use that same button on the login page to sign in.

Step by step

  1. Open the login page.
  2. Click "Forgot your password?", right above the password field.
  3. Enter your email and submit. Kronos sends a 6-digit verification code to that address.
  4. Check your email. If you don't see it in your main inbox within a minute or two, look in Spam or All Mail — some providers file automated emails there.
  5. Enter the code on the recovery screen, along with your new password and its confirmation. Your password needs to be at least 8 characters.
  6. Submit. Your password updates immediately and you're signed in.

Code didn't arrive, or it expired?

  • The code is valid for 10 minutes. If it expires, click Resend code on the same screen to get a new one.
  • Double-check the email — the recovery screen shows the address it's about to send the code to.
  • Still nothing after checking Spam and All Mail? Use "wrong email? change it" to re-enter your address and try again.
