Create your agent

Go to AI Agents, click "+ New", pick a model, write your instructions, and set a personality. No coding needed.

Connect a channel

Head to Integrations and connect WhatsApp, Instagram, or Messenger. Follow the guided setup to link your account.

Let it sell

Assign your agent to the channel. It will start handling conversations, qualifying leads, and closing sales 24/7.

AI Agents

AI agents are the core of Kronos AI. Each agent is an independent AI that manages conversations on your connected channels.

Creating an Agent

Navigate to AI Agents in the sidebar and click "+ New". Give your agent a name, choose an AI model (GPT-4o, Gemini, DeepSeek, Groq Llama, and more), and write the instructions that define how it should behave. You can set its personality, tone, and the specific tasks it should handle.

Multi-Model Support

Kronos AI supports multiple AI providers with automatic failover. If one provider hits a rate limit, your agent seamlessly switches to another — no downtime, no lost conversations.

Knowledge Base

Upload your product catalogs, FAQs, policies, guides — any document your agent needs to answer accurately. Supported formats include PDFs, Word documents, text files, audio recordings, videos, and images.

Kronos AI uses vector embeddings to understand your content semantically. When a customer asks a question, your agent searches the knowledge base and responds with precise, relevant information — not generic answers.

Pricing

Kronos AI is $499 MXN / month — the equivalent of $29 USD / month (same price, two currencies). The plan includes up to 5 agents, 5 channels, and every feature. You get a 14-day free trial — no upfront charge; the first real payment fires on day 15 unless you cancel before then.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through MercadoPago. You can manage your subscription and view invoices from the billing page inside the app.

Security & Privacy

Your data security is a priority. Kronos AI uses Supabase with Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure users can only access their own data. All connections use HTTPS encryption, and authentication is handled via secure session tokens.
