Turn on notifications
Get an alert the moment a customer writes or your agent reaches an objective — without keeping Kronos open and watching it.
What you get
Notifications come in two flavors, and they work together:
- - In-app bell — the bell at the top of Kronos lights up while you have it open.
- - Push alerts — a system notification on your device, so you find out even when Kronos isn't the tab you're looking at.
You'll be notified about things like a new incoming message or an objective your agent just closed.
How to turn them on
Open Settings → Notifications.
In the Push notifications card, click Enable notifications.
Your browser (or device) will ask for permission — choose Allow.
A green check confirms this device is now on.
Where notifications work
Computer
Works right in your browser — nothing to install. Keep the browser running to receive alerts.
Android phone
Works in the browser or in the installed app.
iPhone & iPad
Notifications are only available in the installed app — not in the Safari tab.
On iPhone, install the app first
Apple only delivers notifications to apps added to the home screen. If you're on an iPhone or iPad, add Kronos to your home screen, open it from there, and then turn on notifications.
Get the appIf notifications are blocked
If you accidentally chose "Block" when your browser asked, the Enable button can't ask again — you have to unblock it yourself.
In a browser
Click the lock icon next to the address bar → allow Notifications for Kronos → reload the page and try again.
In the installed app
Open your device's Settings → Notifications → Kronos AI, turn them on, then reopen the app.
