Workflows

Build automations that connect customer events, decisions, AI responses, messages, approvals, and pipeline actions in one visual flow.

How Workflows work

  1. 1Create a workflow and give it a clear name.
  2. 2Choose a trigger, add the nodes you need, and connect each path on the canvas.
  3. 3Configure each node and use Preview to check the flow without sending a real customer message.
  4. 4Publish the workflow when it is ready. Saving a draft does not activate it.
  5. 5Review the execution history to understand what happened in each run.

Choosing an agent

The agent selector at the top of the editor provides the default agent context for features such as MCP tools and AI Guardrails. The Agent node is the step that actually asks an agent to respond or temporarily handle a conversation. When needed, the Agent node can choose a different agent for that step.

Node library

Each node has its own guide with the settings, examples, and practical tips you need to use it. Select a node below.
