Google Drive
Creates a folder, finds a file or folder, or copies a file in a connected Google Drive.
What it does
Runs one action against your Google Drive connection: create a folder, find a file or folder by name, or copy a file into another folder.
When to use it
Use it to set up a customer folder, check whether something already exists before creating it, or hand a template document to a new record.
How to use it
- 1Choose an action: Create folder, Find, or Copy file.
- 2Paste the relevant Google Drive link(s) — the folder to create in, search in, or copy into, and the file to copy.
Settings
- Connected account (only shown when you have more than one).
- Folder/file links for the chosen action.
- For Find: exact or partial name match, and whether to look at files, folders, or both.
Tips
- • Use Find before Create folder to avoid creating duplicates for the same record.
- • Copy file only exposes the file, destination folder, and new name — everything else about the copy is handled for you.
