Get Kronos notifications on Telegram

Instant pings on Telegram every time something important happens in Kronos — your AI agent closes a sale, WhatsApp flags an issue, a payment fails. Same notifications you see in the bell, just mirrored to your favorite chat app.

TL;DR

  1. Open Kronos → Settings → Notifications.
  2. Find the Telegram notifications card → tap Connect Telegram.
  3. Telegram opens. Tap Start. Done.
  4. Connect more chats (phone, tablet, etc.) and mute categories per chat as you like.

What you'll receive

Every notification that lights up your Kronos bell also goes to Telegram. Organized into four groups so you can mute the ones you don't care about per chat:

Each chat has its own toggles, so your phone can get everything while your tablet only gets billing — your call.

How to connect

  1. Open Settings → Notifications in Kronos.
  2. Tap Connect Telegram.
  3. A new tab opens with the Kronos bot in Telegram.
  4. Tap Start at the bottom of the chat.
  5. Telegram replies "Connected!" and the chat appears in the Kronos settings page within a second.

The connect link is good for 48 hours. If you generate one and never use it, just create a new one — they're free.

What you get vs. what you don't

You'll receive

  • Every in-app notification matching your enabled categories.
  • Title in bold + body text. Tap Open to jump back into Kronos.
  • As many connected chats as you want, each independently muted/unmuted.

You won't receive

  • Customer messages from your inbox (that's a different feature — see Telegram Inbox).
  • Notifications from categories you muted on that chat.
  • Your teammates' notifications — each user manages their own chats.
  • Old notifications — only new alerts after you connect.

Managing your chats

  • Add another chat — tap "Connect another chat" (one for your phone, one for your tablet, etc.).
  • Mute categories — flip a toggle off; saves automatically.
  • Remove a chat — tap Revoke; no more notifications go there.
  • See disconnected chats — if you blocked the bot or deleted Telegram, the chat goes to the "Show disconnected" section. Remove it or reconnect from there.

Troubleshooting

The bot replied “This link is no longer valid”

The connect link expired (48 hours) or someone used it already. Open Kronos → Settings → Notifications → Connect Telegram for a fresh link.

Nothing happened when I tapped Connect Telegram

Your browser blocked the popup. Look right under the Connect button — there's a clickable link that does the same thing. Tap it to open Telegram manually.

I revoked but I'm still getting messages

Refresh the page and check the chat is gone from the list. If it's gone but you got one more message, it was already in flight when you revoked — they'll stop within seconds.

My category toggles don't seem to save

Toggles save automatically after about half a second. If you see a 'Failed to save' message, just try again — usually a transient hiccup.

I want to stop everything without removing my chat

Turn off all four category toggles (the chat stays connected but receives nothing), or block the Kronos bot in Telegram — Kronos notices on the next attempted send and disconnects the chat automatically.

My teammate wants alerts too

They need their own Kronos account. Each user manages their own chats — there's no way to forward your notifications to someone else's Telegram from inside Kronos.

FAQ

Does Kronos see my Telegram messages?

No. Kronos only sends messages to your chat with the bot — never reads anything you send back. Ignore the bot, block it, or remove it; Kronos doesn't care.

Will my customers see I'm using this?

No. The Kronos notifications bot only talks to you. Your customers never interact with it.

Can I connect more than one chat?

Yes — as many as you want. Each chat is independent and you can mute categories per-chat.

Does turning on Telegram disable push notifications?

No. Both channels are independent. To control push, use the Push toggle on the same Settings page.

How fast does the chat appear after I tap Start?

About one second. The settings page updates automatically — you don't have to refresh.

What if someone adds the Kronos bot to a group I'm in?

It refuses to operate in groups. The bot only sends notifications to private chats, so your team chat is safe.

Does this share data with Telegram?

Yes — the notification text is sent to Telegram's servers. Treat it like any other personal Telegram message. If you don't want sensitive details (amounts, etc.) in Telegram, mute that category.
